Upon discovery, our team will promptly contact your designated representative by telephone to deliver a real-time verbal report, followed by a detailed email outlining the nature of the issue, its location, and recommended next steps.

Property Testing and Documentation

Following each site visit, we provide a complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) report, delivered promptly via email to your designated team member. In addition to electronic records, we also update and maintain the on-site PPM folder, which is uniquely tailored for each development.

This dual-record system ensures that a comprehensive, up-to-date maintenance history is readily available both digitally and physically. Maintaining an on-site PPM folder is crucial for facilitating easy access to important documentation for fire risk assessors, emergency services, and relevant contractors.
